The Honors Program has two or more $500 scholarships available each semester which can be used for study abroad or other academic endeavors involving travel. These scholarships operate on a reimbursement fund basis.

Application

To apply, simply email a one-page letter describing where you will travel, what you will be doing there, and your proposed budget (for example, airfare, fees, meals) for the scholarship to the Honors Program email (cua-honorsprogram@cua.edu or see Contact Us page).

As a note, this scholarship does not apply to non-academic enrichment of the Rome Abroad Experience, such as alleviating costs associated with participating in that program alone. However, academic or professional pursuits taken on in addition to the Rome Program are eligible for consideration.
